HOW TO APPLY A FLEA AND TICK SQUEEZE-ON
Flea and tick control products need to be used as directed to safely and effectively treat your pet. The product can be applied on dogs and cats older than 12 weeks of age. We do NOT recommend doubling up on flea and tick treatments – this includes flea and tick collars, shampoos, sprays, etc. The squeeze-on product is designed to work alone and is sufficient in killing and repelling fleas, ticks and mosquitoes without additional products. Again, it is important that you do not double up on any flea and tick control treatment.
-
Be sure to read the label and package insert instructions before application.
-
Remove tube from packaging.
-
Hold the tube away from your face and body and cut the top of the tube at the notches to avoid getting it in your eyes. Invert the tube over your pet and use the open end to part the pet’s hair. Squeeze tube firmly as you begin applying at the back of the neck ending at the midpoint between neck and tail.
-
Make sure that your pet cannot lick the product from the area of application.
-
Separate all household pets for 24 hours after application to avoid ingestion or product transfer.
